  1. Can items purchased be returned for an exchange?

OKLAO Singapore does not provide return or exchange services once goods are sold. Ensure the accuracy of your order details and quantity before checking out.

Please take a picture of the defect(s) if you receive a defective item, and send it to our customer service email : feedback@oklaosingapore.com within 3 days. We promise to  address the problem(s) as soon as possible. 

(Example of a defect) : Item’s packing is found torn upon receipt.
